Apartments which have atleast one television set = 60% of 100 = 60
40 % are not equipped with TV sets or have more than one TV set but without cables
20 % are TV sets with cables so 20% of 60 = 12
now it is given in stem every apartment that is equipped with cable contains at least one television
the apartments in the complex are not equipped with cable = 60-12 + 40 = 88
Correct option D
