I am wondering if everyone has the same issue that I am. I am scoring much lower in the Manhattan Prep Quant section than any of the other test prep Quant sections.
For Veritas Prep:

One thing I noticed is that I have a high correlation between my Quant Score and Time Management. Both Manhattan Prep tests I felt like I was running low on time and punted several questions and got several questions wrong in a row due to time. Is the Manhattan Prep Quant the most accurate depiction of the Quant in GMAT? Thanks for your input.

The best estimate you'll get of your actual score on Quant will come from the GMATPrep tests. Use other practice tests for practice and for analysis of your weaknesses (that's a strength of the MPrep tests - they let you access a huge amount of data on your performance). However, the score you get from a practice test, other than GMATPrep, should be taken with a grain of salt.
Our scoring algorithm is pretty good, and I rarely see differences as big as the one you've experienced. But since the GMAC gives us (and other test prep companies) only very limited information, there are almost certainly parts of it that aren't 100% accurate.
