Question .......... How should the academic record for consideration? If a student has year drops in his academics but clears the entrance are there chances for getting an admit to good MBA programs?

Hi not entirely sure I understand the question
your undergrad degree is one of the factors MBA programs will look at
Luckily, there are other factors like GMAT or professional experience that have a heavier weight and can help overcome a less good undergrad GPA or experience.
hope this answers your question!

same question , so same answer as before.
if you can make up for a low GPA with a high GMAT or impressive work experience, then yes!

EVERY Top 100 school has scholarships. many of them are for female candidates, and some are for specific demographics (Forte foundation for example, gives many female candidates scholarships regardless if they are Indian or not)

Strategy consulting is one of the most popular post-MBA careers. the top consulting firms, recruit candidates from all backgrounds, as they value diversity. so, I would say, the hardest thing, right now, is for you to get into a top MBA program. then, from day one, if yu get into a top MBA program, they will help you with your career goals...

I will have 2 years of full time work experience at matriculation. My work experience is in auditing and I am a chartered accountant with 3 years of internship experience. What should I do to compensate for my less work experience to get an admit for MBA in USA?

Here are a few ideas:
1. Perhaps you can count your internships as work experience? (if it was post-degree, it counts!)
2. offset low work experience with a high GMAT, and great apps (We can always help with that :) )
3. You can always apply to lower-ranked programs where the competition is less
4. Another idea is wait 1-2 further years

Question.... Is it necessary to have completed graduation from India’s top colleges (i.e., IITs, NITs) to get an admit from ISB or IIMs? If I have graduated from a tier 3 college, are my chances low for top MBA programs?

Hello, I have about 10 years working exp. and in the past had a 730 GMAT score. I don’t have a undergrad high GPA, but I am a CFA charterholder and pretty good extracurricular activities. how good are my chances for an M7.
