Hello all.
I recently have decided that I want to pursue GMAT tuition and I have started doing free trials for students. I have done a couple now and have struggled to directly target the needs of the students so that I could work on their specific needs. The first student didn’t have the quant ability and I tried to work on quadratics, indices, and roots, whereas the second was a lot stronger and we did some questions.
How do instructors on here structure their first lessons and are there any tips for a new instructor?
