Look for pattern
'not only with verb-ing' .....'but also with verb-ing'

Correct comparison market is

Not Only X.....But Also Y

Only option E uses this marker correctly.

The correct is "not only x but y" ... what are the parents interested in finding out about? They are interested in finding out about what makes one school better than another.
