I would appreciate a review of my profile listed below. I have not started with my applications and I need some advice about the target schools that I've set.

Nationality: American (I have a Costa Rican passport as well so I can technically classify myself as a Costa Rican)
Age: 26 years

Work experience: 2.5 years (not including summer internships)
Current Industry: Derivatives Trading for a medium-sized fund
Previous Industries: Sales & Trading internships in an Investment Bank
After graduating from university with a couple of finance internships at a multinational bank under my belt, I went on to work as a derivatives trader for a fund in Chicago. There, I was able to co-manage their Night Trading Desk in addition to working in day-time roles for their Natural Gas and US Equity Index Desks. I am now looking to pursue an MBA as a means of lateraling into a new career path in tech/entrepreneurship.
Undergrad school/ Major: Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (minor in Mathematics)
Undergrad GPA: 3.40
Extracurricular activities:
• Created and grew Jewish youth group in Chicago that organized community-oriented events and raised money for charity.
• Went on a solo backpacking trip for 7 months throughout South America (after quitting my job in Chicago - recently returned)
