Hi there,
I'm a Canadian female engineer from a top Canadian school (U Toronto/McGill).
I will be 24.5 years old by the time I start my MBA next September
GRE: 326 (Equivalent 680 GMAT) (Relatively balanced between Quant and Verbal)
GPA 2.9. Dean's list last year.
I work as a leadership rotational associate in one of Canada's largest retail companies. I started off in Supply chain and I'm now doing a rotation in Finance. Prior to this, I worked as a supply chain analyst at a smaller manufacturing company. I'm looking to do the MBA to transition either into external consulting/corporate development/internal strategy. I will have had a total post graduate work experience of ~34 months not including a one year internship at a global consumer goods company (Nestle/P&G/Unilever)
Other information: Grew up in South East Asia, volunteered in relief activities/tsunami relief/construction in Indonesia. Basic extra curriculars.
I will be hiring a consultant to help me with strategy and interview prep and plan on applying in round 1. Could you please take a look at my shortlist below and let me know what schools I have a realistic shot at and where I'm a stretch etc. Also any specific advice as to how you would approach my applications would be appreciated.
