Need help with a realistic assessment :
1. Academics :
10th -85%
12th -85%
B.Tech (CSE) - 75% / 8+ CGPA , Tier 2 University from Delhi
MBA (HR) - 83% / 8+ CGPA, Top 3 MBA Colleges in India for MBA in HR
Other Ads Ons - 1 Year Diploma in Counselling from reputed college , 6 Months Fellow with Wharton ( Talent Management ), Other Professional / Functional Certifications
2. GMAT : Targetting 700+
3. Professional Experience
- Total 13 Years Post MBA
- 10 Years in multiple roles/Fastrack, in HR domain with India's largest FMCG ($10 BN Topline)
- Last 3 Years - CHRO of a $1 BN Mkt Cap Consumer Durable Company with Global Operations , Handling a team size of 30+ members. Amongst Youngest CHRO of a listed entity.
- Honorary Member of Several National Level HR Forums, as well as speaker(invite) at B-Schools and Corporate Management Events . Won Many accolades, Including from LinkedIn as Emerging HR Leaders of India.
4. Extra Curriculars :
Have been Jack of All Trades, leading individual and large teams during school, college, office events. Associated with an NGO as a counsellor for 'Special Children'.
5. Target : 1/2 Year Course (MBA, Executive MBA) at Top 3 Schools in US.
6. Goals : Become Global CHRO/CXO of a large MNC in next 7-10 Years.
Kindly share a realistic assessment of my probability of getting through. Also what courses could I possibly target given my background, as well as my future goals.

The age more than 35 is a risk factor for MBA so far I know. I am also waiting for feedback from expert on age fact.
