3.02 Undergrad GPA (graduated in 2003 in top 10% of the class from the best university in the Country)
3.78 Grad GPA from an IVY non-MBA masters in 2014
12 years of work experience in taxation and auditing
2 semester teaching experience in corporate finance course in one of the best state universities in country.
Teaching experience in several on the job training programs in the area of tax and accounting
10-15 papers in published in legal taxation journals
1 year of experience in an international organization in taxation
Targets :
Columbia, Rotman, Illinois, McCombs and Michigan...
Second tier targets : USC Marshall, Rice, UT Dallas, Sauder, PennState...

You are much more experienced than the average applicant and you have a good chance of getting into these schools, with Columbia being a stretch. One important thing you will have to address is why you are applying so late in your career, since many other applicants will have less experience.
