Props to you for thinking this far ahead for your MBA journey. As most people will tell you, the admissions game is about so much more than numbers. When AdComs say they take a holistic look at your application, that generally means stellar performance in one area can offset lacking performing in another (in this case, GPA).
That being said, we would need more information to give you an accurate idea here. Happy to chat via PM if that is easier too, but questions I would want to know:
1. What exactly are you hoping to do with an MBA?
2. What's driving the 3.2 GPA? Was it a bad freshman year and then an upward trend? Did you struggle in quant-heavy classes? Were there extenuating circumstances?
3. What is it about Haas that attracts you? Is Tech in your future?
Generally, I think you're off to a good start. Your community involvement checks the box and Peace Corps never hurts, and the startup could be really interesting as well. I guess the answer to your question is....maybe top 10?

Hi I would love for you some of you guys to review my application I'm about to graduate. I know I have a few years until I apply but this is where I am now. My dream is to go to a top 10, ideally Haas, but I recognize I have a low GPA. I want to do as much as I can so that my GPA won't be an issue when I apply in a few years. What would you guys recommend to up my chances and do I have a shot at the top 10? if not what schools should I be considering?
BBA and MS in Accounting at a top state school 3.2 GPA Will have CPA at graduation
Just passed CFA level 1 (is this worth trying to finish?)
Half Hispanic- Born out of the country-I have 3 citizenships-Spanish was my first language. Grew up in US though
Delaying my Full-time offer as an MIS (not BTA) consultant at Deloitte. In order to serve in the Peace Corps.
I have a semi-successful startup currently in a startup incubator. (if this is supper successful things very well change)

Some of the things I have done while in college include helping start a service org (100 members) serve underprivileged high schoolers. I worked as a Photographer on campus as well as an accounting tutor for the athletics department.
