Am I eligible to apply for MiM universities without taking IELTS because I pursued a 4 year undergrad which had English as medium of instruction? Also, will a good IELTS score affect admission chances?
For instance -
According to ESCP, 15/20 marks are awarded for degree in English.
I want to know what score will translate to 15/20 in IELTS.

Hi,
Welcome to Gmatclub. If the IELTS is conditional, then it will not count in total marks. If your academic transcripts mention that the full course was taught in English, then you are exempted to take IELTS/TOEFL. You can go ahead in your application. If you need more concrete information, I would advise to talk with admission committee about it. All the best.

Usually the English proficiency is a benchmark type of a test - it is pass/fail and it will not add much of value for an application so I would not bother with it. Of course if you have to take it, then you have to but again, it is just to make sure you will be OK to study in English.
