Hi everyone,

I need your help with sth. So 2 months ago i started prepping for GMAT from Magoosh but my score didnt go up as much as i wanted. Gave 2 diagnostic tests and scored 520 even after 2 months of prep where as Im hoping to increase my score to 600+. I know what i need to do to improve my verbal score. But Im not able to identify the same for quant.
Can people who have appeared for GMAT guide me regarding the resources they used to brush up their quant skills? Books, Prep apps anything will do.

Buddy, if you can enroll in TTP. I was not doing that well in Quant either. But I guess TTP is so grueling and methodical that it certainly improves your accuracy and finally score. It is comparatively much cheaper than most of the courses as well.

In addition to this, try to solve sub-600 level qs here on GMATClub and then move on to 600-700 level questions and see how you fair on those.

Hi qurratzaidi,

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used besides the course that you mentioned?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
