That is sad . But I dont why everybody is getting contrasting replies. Someone earlier had written that interview calls would be given out till 2nd dec.. Although highly unlikely as final results are on 4th dec.

My To-Do list on OPUS shows the status as initiated for GMAT score and Interview. Can anyone please clarify what that means ? Thanks

I submit my application at 10/10/2014 invited to interview: 11/11/2014 complete interview: 11/19/2014 wait for the result. God bless me.

As far as Initiated for interview is concerned, it is the default status for everyone. So need to do anything there. But if the list shows GMAT score as well, it means that they still have to receive your official GMAT score card. Have you sent the score report via GMAC? If not then send it asap.

Any applicant here who is still to apply for Emory in the next 1 week?

wrote to emory too. got the same reply..seems like no more invites for R1 are left. Brace yourself..Dings are coming...

Yup...called them..said the last invites for R1 were sent out on wednesday...all thats left are the final decisions on the 4th Dec

Interview debrief... At the beginning of the interview, I was told we would focus on three areas: (1) my education and work history, (2) my future plans, and (3) why Emory? Why did you choose your undergraduate institution? Walk through job transitions. How do you motivate a team? Strengths: What do you bring to a team? Weaknesses: How do you need help in a team? What are your future plans? (Looking for specific companies.) What courses are you interested in outside of your concentration? What are your hobbies? Is there anything else you want me to know? Do you have any questions for me?

Any R2 applicant received interview invite yet?

I signed up to interview early in September, and I agree with the interview debrief that marg2015 provided. The interviewer (Admissions) was very personable and conversation flowed easily. I would add: What would your past managers say are your best qualities? areas of improvement? What made you choose the One-Year program? (versus Two-Year) I submitted my application by R2 for the One-Year program. I sent an e-mail as OPUS doesn't reflect my completed interview, but I think after Thanksgiving holiday I'll check back again. Now the long wait until end of January! Best of luck to everybody.
