Whats the advice o n on-campus interview vs. off-site interview?
Btw Just scheduled an interview for 14th March at Mumbai..
Heads up from the offsite scheduling link in India... I could see ~9-10 slots available.... for 14-16th March... I took one so ~8-9 remaining.. ! Good luck..

hey thanks for the info! Do they send you the link for scheduling interviews in India separately in an email after you write to them?

Thanks. Best of luck ! I am hoping Sloan releases an invite soon, that will make my decision whether or not to opt for on-site interview relatively easier!

Guys, what is this video that people keep referring to? I am hoping it refers to their respective submissions for the Personal Expression essay...is it or did i submit an incomplete application? (Apologies for being unaware - maybe its just the nerves now)
If you applied thru the consortium as I did, you weren't required to do it. I myself found out about it thru reading on here. i called them and they said it was optional, but not required for consortium applicants. Cheers

A quick question to all of my fellow Stern applicants:
Is it more advantageous to interview with Stern earlier than later?
I applied R3 on the deadline, and received my invite to interview yesterday. The available slots go from March 3 to March 24. Would interviewing closer to March 3 put me at an advantage over my having interviewed closer to March 24? Or does it not matter at all?

Stern technically has rolling admissions and says they release decisions within/about three weeks of when you interview. At the very least, interviewing earlier means you get your decision earlier. It's also possible (maybe even probable) that, since they don't have a mass decision release date like programs with traditional rounds do, there will be fewer spots available the longer you wait. Although, I would hope/assume that adcom has a handle on the yield and receiving an interview invite means you truly have that 70(or whatever it is)% chance at admission.
I applied to Stern in R3 but have not submitted an official gmat score report. Will the adcom issue an interview decision without this or do I have to send them an official report before they can release my interview invite ?

On the website it says While an official test score is required for a final decision, the Admissions Committee can begin the review of your application with an unofficial test score. So it's unclear whether the final decision concerns the interview (I would think not) or the actual admission decision post-interview.
First step: Have you checked your application page to see if they mentioned any missing document ? I had such a notification (unrelated to the GMAT) on the application page but had not received any e-mail. If no document is missing for the review of your application, I would suggest to contact the AdCom to clear any doubt.
