Is it actually rolling based on when you interviewed? Or perhaps just that all the remaining emails are just WL and rejections?

Has anyone been invited to interview after March 1st gotten an offer?

I was invited to interview in late february, still no offer.

Maybe they want those people to actually stay hanging cuz they are really trying to play their numbers and might need them. The adcom committee has not met for 2 weeks now. We arent waitlisted because the committee hasn't even yet discuss our application as a whole, looks like we all just got interviewed and looked at by 1-2 adcom members.
