Another day of dead silence at Johnson. It’s clear that they’re waiting to see the volume and/or quality of R4 applications before giving decisions to the rest of R3.

Just wanted to provide you guys who are still waiting on decisions with a few numbers. So for the 2 year MBA on JConnect (Official Admitted Students Facebook Equivalent) there are currently 363 members. Cornell has a conversion rate of about 50% for admitted students to matriculating students. Classes are usually about 280, which shows they usually admit about 560. As a result there are still approximately 200 admits to go out. Hopefully this helps with the anxiety.
builtok Thanks for the context. I would also take into consideration that by this time around, many admits who would attend other programs would have dropped out from the portal. So the additional admits may not be as high as 200, or even 100. With this said, I do see that the adcom began inviting R4 candidates too. Depending on R4 application volume and quality, those remaining in R3 chances will vary!

It was just mentioned as an update in a post that has like 75 comments.

That comment thread is epic btw... if your admission decision policies have created thread of this size on clearadmit, you're probably doing something wrong. Take hint Cornell.
The thread is so long the clearadmit site is bugging out when you hit load more comments. As if the founder didn't anticipate any thread could grow so big.
