Same thing happened to me but I knew I didn't want to go to my top choice, who waitlisted me, after I applied. I removed myself from the waitlist and accepted my offer at my 2nd choice school so that I could be offered the fellowship. Adcom told me that a school won't offer the fellowship if you're on the waitlist because technically you're not admitted. I would reach out to the schools to see what their policy is.

What happens with the Consortium fellowship if you are waitlisted at your top choice School?

Will your second choice School automatically have the opportunity to offer you the fellowship or is it in some kind of limbo?

I haven't seen anything regarding this topic, but I can't imagine The Consortium would let a school hijack your chances at a fellowship like that. I'm guessing schools have to offer you admission to draft you.

So, in order to get the fellowship for your second choice, would we have to remove ourselves from the waitlist of school ranked 1? I was just waitlisted today from my first choice.

I am in the exact same situation. I am 99% sure we don't need to decline our waitlisted #1 school. All that will happen is that we drop to our #2 school who would have the chance to award the fellowship.

Hi everyone - I received a call yesterday informing me that I am admitted to Tuck with the Consortium fellowship (I ranked them #1). Best of luck to those of you who are still waiting for an update from Tuck!

Congrats!! So was the draft last week on Thursday?

Draft is tomorrow - since seeing2020 ranked them #1, they knew they'd have first dibs tomorrow and could confirm they would receive the fellowship.

I was there and I haven't heard back yet. I saw on Livewire that 2 people interviewed on that day and heard back with accepts on Friday 3/9. My application status on their site still shows "Interview Scheduled" as well. Hope to hear back sometime this week as the draft is tomorrow!

Anyone have a poor experience with Toigo? Multiple pre-scheduled phone screen calls which never came despite confirmation emails and poor communication from their office- I’m requesting my application fee be returned to me because it seems to be a very disorganized organization

Posted from my mobile device

I applied and they never even sent me an email confirming receipt of my app.

Half speculation/half historical trends - it is always held on the 2nd Tuesday of March so the general consensus is that it is tomorrow!

It's not always held on the 2nd Tuesday. Last year it was on the 1st Tuesday. I found out the date this year by asking an ADCOM at a member school.
