Pronoun error.
Noun: Komodo dragon
Pronoun: their/its
Their is wrong. Hence eliminate A, C, E
Between B and D, B has parallelism issue - 'grows and it runs' is not parallel. Eliminate B
Hence, D - Corrects pronoun error and uses correct parallelism.

A - dominate and grow while running?
B - 'it' disturbs the parallelism
C - and with such swift... is a dependent clause and has been incorrectly combined using ',' and 'and'
E - They run... is a independent cause, and has been incorrectly combined using only a ','
Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect.
