I've got a mail from ISB today. I hope this makes things a bit clearer for all remaining aspirants
'Dear Applicant,
This is to bring to your notice that ISB will be releasing offers starting today for R2 candidates. We will be following a rolling offer process for R2 & R3 candidates through the months of January and February 2020. The final dates for closure of all results are as follows:
R2: Selects/Rejects/Waitlist, by 05 February 2020, including the scholarships, if awarded.
R3: Selects/Rejects/Waitlist, by 25 February 2020, including the scholarships, if awarded.'
