Generally it takes about a week to 10 days to get an interview invite from AdCom.

I just received an email from IESE stating that they have received my application for admission into their programme. Did anyone else get something similar? I am a little confused around what this is about as I submitted my application before the R1 deadline, but received this today.

That's fine.
Everyone receives such confirmation mail upon receipt of full application by the AdCom. And if you have submitted the application at the portal before R1 deadline, it should ideally be considered for the R1. As a lot of people submit their application a few minutes before the deadline but are considered for that round only even when the application confirmation mail is delayed by a few days, provided that the application is complete before deadline (including Recos).
So, you can relax and hope for a reply in a week or so.
