They ask for salary history in the application and I'm sure that they will verify once you are accepted into the program As for upward track, like any school Oxford will look for increasing responsibility in more recent roles. Make sure you highlight that.

Any round 3 interviewees heard back yet? I think I was told 20th March we'd find out. Does Oxford release admissions results in batches for the same round? Posted from my mobile device

I have another question. How long were your post-MBA goal question essays? I know they don't have a limit, so I took the liberty of writing everything I wanted to say. My goal explanation answer (1st question) has 1000 words. Is that too much? I know they are considered short essays, but I also didn't want to oversimplify my goals.

I read on their website that they've suspended all in-person lectures. The program this year might have to be postponed or go online? Nobody knows at this stage I guess...
