Congratulations!!! Can you please share your debrief of the interview?

The interview was extremely similar to the interview debrief section on gmatclub. I would just read 2-3 debriefs, group the questions by topic and have answers prepared. It's extremely conversational and only 30 minutes.
The only question that wasn't on the debrief was: If you were to be admitted, what do you want to get out of your MBA experience at the beginning, halfway and at the end of your degree? Apart from a summer internship and full time position.
Quick question, is everyone called for an interview? and also, whats the ratio of acceptance for interviewed applicants?

Not everyone is invited to the interview. This year is exceptional due to pandemic. The number of applicants compared to the last years' increased by 200%, so we do not know the new rate of acceptance. Good luck!
I am planning to apply Rotman in 2nd Round. Could you please help me with the gmat cutt off marks with which your profile got shortlisted in first round

Shortlisting does not solely depend on the GMAT score only. There are students with ~550 GMAT scores in the class. I would say, for this year, anything around or above 680 is fine.
Congratulations to all the new admits to the MBA class of '23 at Rotman. There's a fairly active F`a`c`e`b`o`o`k and W`h`a`t`s`a`p`p group of admits. You can search for the group on F`a`c`e`b`o`o`k or DM me I'll share the link.
A big thank you to people here on GMATClub. The MBA admit journey wouldn't have been smooth without such kind people who have shared their experiences. I submitted my application in R1 on October 4,2020, received interview invite on October 5,2020 (evening), appeared for the interview on October 22,2020 and received final admit info on November 02,2020.
