Hi Fellow GMAT Aspirants and GMAT Gurus,

I wish to take GMAT offline exam in next 10 days from India, but my issue is that the passport I currently hold was getting due for expiry (Aug 2020) and therefore, I had applied for renewal of my passport. The Passport agency granted me approval for a new passport, however as per their standard procedure, stamped my current passport with "Passport cancelled, Visa If Any Remains Valid".

Now, I am waiting for my new passport to arrive, but it looks like there will be tremendously delay in this because of multiple lockdown restrictions due to COVID.

I do not want to delay the GMAT exam longer. I still have my old passport with me and I also have another Govt issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card).

Does anyone know if Aadhar or old passport are sufficient proofs to sit for GMAT from India?

Facing exact same problem with my passport, although the new passport was issued by the authority, I haven't received it's been more than 10 days since they send the post, haven't received my passport. If you get any update regarding using other supporting documents please update.

I wrote to Pearson Vue and also had a chat with them; they responded on both places (email response was a bit delayed though) but they are allowing me to take the exam with old passport. :)
