In general the interview was pretty chill. The interviewer will make you feel comfortable and the call will seem pretty informal. Most of the questions were pretty straightforward -
1. Tell me something about yourself or run me through your resume (I was asked the first one)
2. Work related query - they will understand your role and your career progression rationale a bit and then ask some behavioral questions (leadership and collaboration based - I think Kellogg does focus on this a lot) - so keep some good examples to discuss questions related to these - I faltered in one of the questions - could have explained it in a better way...

3. Goals related questions - Why MBA now? Wanted to understand clarity of thoughts - the interviewer even suggested alternatives and asked why not choose other routes? I think they just want to see if you have thought about every possible way or not.
4. Lastly - how will you contribute to Kellogg and if you have any questions for the interviewer.
Interview lasted for about 40 mins. I hope this helps.
