who interviews doesn’t matter, i’ve seen those interviewed by first year students accepted, and adcomms interviews rejected.
Questions: Walk me through your resume; 3 strengths + 3 weaknesses; A stressful/ failure moment; Why MBA; Why Kellogg; Short & long term goals; Any questions for the interviewer.
