Just got done with my interview. It was good and conversational. It was taken by Mr. Rahul Sampat. Apparently he is an admission consultant who joined UNC this year. https://www.linkedin.com/in/rahul-sampat/ Questions asked were: Walk me through your resume? Why MBA? Why Now? Why KF? Short Term and long term goals? Tell me a time you received constructive feedback and how you improved? Stressful situation you faced at work? How did you handle it? A situation when you felt or saw someone being marginalised? What did you do? How did you create an inclusive environment? Questions for me? Since he is was third party consultant he mentioned that the interview will be reviewed separately and that the decision will be given on the decision date.
