Hello, I am working on my Judge R3 application and I got really confuse with this question "What has been your most significant professional challenge? (200 words limit)" Since it seems under the "current employment" sector, is it MUST be the challenge in my current/latest role? Or any time in my whole career is OK? I really find this and other questions in Career sector are confusing. Anyone who already submitted/ got admitted can help me with this?
