Love progression of Haas. And FYI you can click on schools' name and that school will be highlighted!

Yes, that was the first thing that caught my attention. Although bb did mention it in #3 in his first post.

I also just discovered that if you press CTRL while you click on a school/box, you can select multiple schools and isolate them.
Here is Yale vs. Darden for example. I am loving this more and more :-)

I have just updated the chart to include TOP 50 - Third Post (Kept the original top 20 intact) - take a look at the craziness that goes on in the SUB-30 category. It is all over the place. I wonder if US news should have normalized their rankings somehow (including the Stern drop off) in such a way that rankings cannot be changed more than 5 spots per year... I am not a rankings expert but that would make my chart a lot more readable!

OWEN - from 44 to 22 in 10 years - that's probably the best improvement of ANY school out there.
Marshall - a reverse trend can be observed

How come Haas is not part of M7 when it is constantly ranked above Columbia in the past 10 years? M7 is for private schools only?

M7 is not about pure ranking places. It is formed from seven schools

-Harvard Business School

-Stanford Graduate School of Business

-Wharton School of Business

-MIT Sloan School of Business

-Northwestern Kellogg School of Business

-University of Chicago Booth School of Business

-Columbia University of Business

Thank you all!
We are working on the 2019 update. Should have it within a few days - Vyshak has been gracious enough to lend his help with updating the Tableau graph (it is beyond my skill level)

WooHoo! Vyshak has updated the historic rankings with the 2019 data. You can see it with the circles.
(We still have the Top 20 List with only old list but will update that soon).

Thank you!

That would be awesome! This historical view is definitely the best way to tier the programs/find the group of schools that match your candidate profile.

The ranking clearly shows the tiers from HSW, then the M7, then the T10 (minus Tuck slipping to 12) and the T15 (UCLA and Cornell going neck and neck for that 15th spot) rankings are generally consistent in these groups year to year.

It totally shows how HBS slipping is an anomaly, just like how GSB was slipping the years before (4th place in 2018 and 2019) and then that 1 year NYU was ranked 20 lol.

Also shows how any of the other M7s besides HSW can make a reasonable claim at being the 4th best program. I am sure in 2022 Sloan will have a great shot at making top-3 or 4 again.

Thank you Vyshak for your help!!!

P.S. The tables have been updated with the latest 2021 rankings info! Let me know if anything is off in terms of formatting.
There is also a top 50 chart here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/mba-rankings ... ml#p770991

Amazing! Thanks!

So interesting to see how much volatility has been introduced into the M7 rankings. It used to be much more consistent YoY, but now it looks just like all the schools between 10 and 50.

Just one question
Is there an absence of Data for some schools?
For example: For Katz the above chart starts from 2016 and nothing before that.
