"Think Education Advisory Services LLP is not authorized to deliver exam Graduate Management Admission Test"

I am getting this note displayed on my registration page. I have already booked a date at this test centre and paid full amount.

Has anybody faced a similar issue?

Hi poojakolge23 ,

Welcome to GMAT Club .:)

Yes, it happens sometimes. I booked my exam in a test center and on the day of the exam they called me and said "due to some technical issues your exam is cancelled for today."

All you need to do is call Person Customer Care. They will give you an opportunity to reschedule your exam within 7 days and that too at zero cost.

Now, rush and call them. :)

You can choose to reschedule the exam or get a full refund. Sometimes they don't offer the refund up front, so you have to ask for it.

They refund but you have to connect them first.
