Hey there - thanks for posting and all the detail! Two big issues here >

1) You haven't taken your GMAT yet. It's great you're taking mock exams but those scores are directional at best, not absolute. You could rock a 750. Or you could get a 700. Or a 650 All of those are veryyyy different. So if you don't have a score in hand, that makes this entire process pretty darn difficult!

2) You aren't a very unique candidate and R3 is going to be rough for you. Well, for some of those programs it's R4. But that's semantics - for almost all of them, it's the very last round. The question you need to ask yourself is "am I so special that these programs will give me one of their precious few remaining slots?" and the answer to that is probably a no. So...why R3?

Hey, so the answer to that is essentially this > if you were standing in a line up among 20 other equally qualified candidates, would I hone in on you and go, "wow, THIS guy, we NEEEEED him in our class!" Generally, that's what R3 is all about. Filling gaps, finding the perfect few gems to really round out the class. And the fact of the matter is, you're not unique. But that's ok! No, you can't really mitigate that. I mean, you'd have to go back and rewrite your entire life. But that's why folks like you have R1 and R2. That's where you'll compete for the slots open to you.
