Tepper all the way. I always take sudden ranking jumps with a grain of salt. Only 3 years ago Rice was #33 so buyer beware. While Rice has a stellar undergraduate program, those "in the vine" know that the graduate programs lag behind.

Kudos, for that matured thought process. The same applies for a sudden fall in ranking.

In the case here, the difference between the two schools is a lot steeper than what the ranking suggests.

Yes, I totally agree that Tepper is a better brand than Rice, on any given day.
Just that my goals of working in Energy Consulting made me reconsider the option.

I have finally decided to go with Tepper and I am excited.
