Hello,
I was just admitted to both Kellogg and Ross . Ross has offered me 60% scholarship , while Kellogg has offered none.
Post MBA, I'm most interested in changing my career from operations management to Consulting ( Target is MBB). Here are what I see as key differences/questions for each school:
Ross
- I've been offered a $40K/year scholarship
- Great culture, I would fit in well here
- I love MAP and Ross's focus on Action based learning.
Kellogg
- I love the culture of the program and it's been my top choice since I first began researching schools
- Kellogg is higher ranked and better known than Ross, this could be a key factor as I'll be trying to enter an industry I don't yet have experience in.
- After crunching the numbers, it nets out at ~$90K more over the two years due to higher tuition cost, lack of scholarship etc.
I've had the opportunity to speak with Alumni of both schools and currently I like the collaborative culture at Kellogg more.
Still torn between the decision and would love the input from everyone.
