Profile Evaluation for IIMA PGPX, IIM B EPGP and IIMC MBAEx

Hi Consultants, 
My name is Chandan Kumar. I would give a brief about my profile and requesting you to evaluate for IIM A PGPX , IIM B EPGP, and IIM C MBAEx.

10th - 90.3%
12th - 95.4% 
B.E (EEE) from Bits Pilani Hyderabad - 8.3/10 - 2014 Passed out 
GATE 2015 Rank - AIR 75

I am currently working in an Oil and Gas Marketing PSU for the last 7 years. I have experience in supply operations for 4 years and 3 years as ERP Professional. 
In 2020 I completed PG Diploma in Machine Learning and AI from IIIT Bangalore + Upgrad in online learning and secured 3.88/4 CGPA.

GMAT Score: 680 (Q50 V31)

Extra-Curricular : 
1) Member of Dramatics Club in the college as an actor and content writer. 
2) Member of the "Argonautscreations" youtube channel.

Goal: Complete the program and come back to the organization to work in the strategy role as it is a large supply chain organization. In long term, I would like to diversify industries and grow as a supply chain strategy expert.

Hi  kamalchandan ,

Your profile has the diversity of working in a large scale PSU. You also have a PG diploma in Machine Learning. This combination is gold dust!!

Your academics are very good, but your GMAT is score is just enough. The short term goal looks a little less convincing. You need to work on these aspects for your application.

You have good chances at IIM B, IIM C and ISB. And fair chance in IIMA. ( Simply on basis of GMAT and profile and assuming average application quality and interview quality)
You can significantly increase your chances if you prepare well for applications and interviews.

I think you have a decent chance 
you have diverse profile specialising in different areas which is actually appreciated by the IIMs 
although your Gmat score just is around the cut off only never the less you have a pretty nice chance

I am currently working in Genpact as Assist Manager. I have experience in supply chain operations for 12 years years as ERP Professional.
Green Belt Certified and Black belt trained

GMAT Score: 770 (Q51 V44)

Extra-Curricular :
1) Member of Dramatics Club in the college as an actor and content writer.
2) Cricket Team Caption at 12th level

Goal: Complete the program and start with leadership role in TATA and long term i want Start my own NGO and would create some job.

Work profile is diverse and the GMAT really helps you stand out. Extracurricular (school/university level) seem dated and may not be able to add weight unless this is something you have still been involved in and is presented as relevant to the application.
With your age and ex, IIMB might be slightly difficult as they have been selective in this respect, but definitely not a deal breaker elsewhere.
The short term goals looks reasonable, but be ready with more specific and detailed answers around your long term goals (what sort of NGO, personal motivation behind the goals, existing skills to make sure this is achievable, what have you done till date to make this a possibility etc.)
