Only good words to describe my brief but intense experience with e-GMAT.
After having received a 590 (V28), I had only 13 days to retake the GMAT exam. I needed something that would have given me a little hope to score my target score: that's why I planned a video call with the e-GMAT team.
After the video call with Karan, it was clear to me that I needed a path to follow (in particular, Karan made the GMAT structure and functioning clear to me).
I bought the 1-month course (even if I had only 13 days) and I immediately started it.
I did the entire Critical Reasoning and Sentence Correction courses. Here below you can find my comments:
CR ---> The visualization and pre-thinking strategy opened my mind, cutting down the average time spent on each question from 3 minutes to 1 minute and 30 seconds. Also, I understood how it is crucial to pay huge attention to what the question exactly asks: it really helps the answer choices' elimination process.
SC ---> The meaningful based approach was what really changed my performance in the Sentence Correction section: grammar and idioms are important, but it is necessary to first understand what meaning the original sentence wants to convey and never change it!
I would like also to highlight the full support I received from the e-GMAT team, especially
Dhananjay Lowe gave me valuable advice while practising on Scholaranium and Mock Tests.
These 13 days of oriented work led me to a 710!
