LCM - Least Common Multiple - LCM means the lowest quantity / number that is divisible by all the mentioned quantities / numbers.

Here the numbers mentioned are 15, 18 and 24. Let us factorise each of them.

15 = 3*5
18 = 3^2*2
24 = 2^3*3

In order to obtain the LCM of the above mentioned numbers, we multiply all the prime factors in their highest power of all the numbers.

Hence, the LCM here is 3^2*2^3*5 = 360.

Hence the Answer = 360 => Which happens to be the LCM of the above mentioned Numbers.

Hence, the Answer here is D.
