Hello everyone!
I have recently taken my 3rd GMAT and scored 580 (V27 Q46), according to unofficial score report.
My first and second attempts were 580 (V34 Q36) and 580 (V22 Q49) respectively.
Which US Full time MBAs I can apply to with such low a score?
Ranking does not matter much. Almost every university in the US is a great deal better than every university in my country.
What does matter is the cost of studying. I would like to apply to universities that provide full tuition scholarships or assistantships, so that I don't have a financial burden after graduation.
My profile:
Undergrad degree in Engineering (GPA 81 out of 100)
Co-founder of a small startup, which has unfortunately failed (13 months)
About 11 months of internship in prop-trading company (stock trader). (did it more for simple interest in the field rather than for career things)
A class representative.
Have lots of extracurriculars not associated with business.
Look forward to having any advice.
That is a weirdly fluctuating score
How did you fall from 34-22-27
Universities like Start ups, so that's a plus one. Show that you want to start up again, it adds points to your resume
I think, you should connect with a coaching institute and ask them about the Universities they have some kind of connections with. Usually they have tie ups with top 70-100 universities.
Given your scenario, you just want out so that is a better option
