D IMO .

Statement 1 :
Of the animals that competed, 64% of the animals won prizes.
Total animal competed 50 -- Prize won 50 * 64 % = 32
ST 1 is Sufficient .

St 2 :
Of the animals that competed, 100% of the 14 cows and 50% of the non-cows won prizes.

Total animal won = 14 cows + 50 % ( 50 - 14) non cows = 32 .

ST 1 is also Sufficient .

Hence D .

I think ans is D

I) 50 X 0.64 = 32
II) 100% of 14 + 50% of 36 (50animals-14cows) = 32

IMO D
