Hello everyone:
I thought to make my first post about a routine that I am maintaining to overcome GMAT. Throughout last several years, I have mastered lot of Endurance Sports and honed the skills that I learned from sportsmanship, GMAT is no different for me as a challenge.
I think anyone can achieve a 760+ (Top 1%) given right material, tactics discipline, ground work and assistance, but I think like any other battle, it comes down to your physical and emotional strength. Its a standardized exam and can be hacked with patience, consistency and devotion, just like anything in life,
you do not lose unless you give up.For Motivation watch this everyday:

1.
Exercise - Minimum 4 times/Week, try after work/before evening meals, this will boost your energy for evening study period
2.
Meditate - 3 Days/week (alternative b/w exercise and meditation) - First thing in the morning, if possible - This will improve your focus, provide you stability and keep you in line with your end goal.
3.
Diet: Eliminate: SUGER/ Foods with High Carb/ Process Food/ Drugs-Alcohol-Smoking - These makes your brain DUMB!
4.
Natural Supplements: Omega-3 and Vitamin E - Can't stretched the importance of these two supplements more:
