Thank you Nikhil. But my transcript says "X University" (which is available in Mcgill's list), whereas the institution says "Y college of engineering" (which is not available in the list)

I got the rejection today without an interview. Here is my profile
Indian Male
GRE - 323
BTech CS - 7.26/10
Work ex - 7 years with the last 6 years in UAE working in the Marketing analytics domain.
Current position - Digital Analytics Manager in eCommerce in UAE
Goal - Product Management

What could be possible reasons?

I got the letter of refusal for the MBA Fall 2021 Intake today.
The status of my reference letters however shows "canceled".
Has anyone faced this before?
If so could you tell me what this means?

No. Did you get a refusal without the interview. Contact McGill through their chat/ticket feature on the left-hand side of the application that is very useful

From the decision tracker, I see that the least GMAT score that was accepted was 640. That was for last year's intake.

I am about to submit my app for MBA, I would be glad if anyone could throw light into the following two questions.
a) what type of questions do they ask in the recommendation letter email to the referees?
b) on an average after how many days of submitting the applications did you guys get the interview call?

My recommenders have informed that they are not able to type more than two lines in the recommendation form downloaded from the McGill University website. Is there anyone else facing/faced the same issue? If yes, then what is the way around?

Can anyone help me with the third essay for Desautels? I am not completely convinced with my essay where I have written about a professional decision of leaving a leadership position to gain more experience and deep dive into my industry.

Do you think writing about a personal life incident makes more sense here?
