About Prasad’s profile - great profile. Can access some very good universities - ISB in India, and the top 10 in the US/EU. Some areas to consider:

Trasitioning from Finance to Product Management may be a difficult goal. 2.5 years of work experience may be sufficient for ISB, but will be on the lower side for US/EU colleges - I would advise him to get at least 3 years of experience before applying.

the godofgnomes is a giant! If he/she gets a 750, then Booth should be possible!

The goals may need some reconsideration... is their current role in tech?

Very interesting profile - especially the intelligence bureau portion.

There will be some considerations

1. How much can you talk about your work?

2. How much of what you talk about is verifiable?

3. If (1) and (2) can be managed... then Utkarsh will have a great profile. With a 750, 2 - 3 of HSWIL should offer interviews.
