The second step is when application gets forwarded to the FGSR. It is almost equivalent to receiving an admit.

Thank you pushpitkc. I haven't received my CCID yet. Will I be able to check my bear tracks only after I receive that? Currently I am not able to check if there are any pending documents to upload. Signing into beartrack as guest doesn't show much. Should I wait until I get CCID ?

Alberta waives this requirement if the medium of instruction in your undergrad was English. Still, just drop a mail to the adcoms attaching your transcript that states the medium of instruction.

Profile sent to FGSR for approval. What are the chances of the admission being denied at this stage?
Since it is Christmas time, I will get the reply only on second week of January.

I would say slim to none.

Atleast from what I have seen in the forum, people hardly get rejected after the profile has been sent to FGSR for approval!

"...on the site." On which site? The University website? For the current year, they will not put it out until next year.
For previous batch, you can see here:

This gives a basic outline of the class of last year. As for placement probability, 4 students apply for every one seat available in UA.
