some applicants have several university degrees, so they must upload one transcript for each. Some applicants have additional letters (of endorsement) that they would like to attach to their applications. The "Other Documents" section can be used for multiple purposes. For example, re-applicants can upload there a re-application essay.
In your case, if the letter from the NGO simply states that you are one their volunteers, you could upload it under "Other Documents" as evidence. But if the letter is to further endorse you, e.g. it is written by the President of the NGO to show his/her support of your candidacy, you could upload it under "Additional Letters".
Regarding letters of recommendation, there is no grace period. If your recommenders submit their letters past the deadline, you'll be considered for the following round.
I hope this helps.
Thank you Alex

Thanks for all the info! If you don't mind I have a few questions:
1) Does INSEAD officially disclose what nationalities that are usually under and overrepresented? Are Western European countries generally overrepresented?
2) Do you know if the video interviews carry a big weight in the screening process? I didn't have any issues during the practice takes but my nerves got the best out of me during the real thing.
Hi, I have seen things released on the past re: the class profile nationalities but cannot find anything online right now. It varies widely throughout Europe; for UK, the MBA is rather popular but less so in France. Norther and Western Europe is 38% of the class. What is your nationality?
Regarding the video interviews, one of the adcom has stated that it is to include people rather than exclude people; the idea is to identity people who might not “shine” on paper. If this is true or not, who is to say. But I would honestly not worry too much about it because pretty much everyone feels the same as you. Everyone is up against the same constraints and has trouble speaking extemporaneously on an abstract topic.

Folks applying for R2 Sept20 intake. Have you received the confirmation of complete submission of application from your AO? I completed my submission end of Oct, post which i got a mail from my AO that within a week of complete submission ( video, lor etc) . Those parts were done by Nov 1 but i still haven't heard from my AO regarding the final confirmation. Something to be worried about? Should I contact her and enquire?

My plan is to hope one of my other target schools come through. I have been invited to interview at 2 of them, and finished applicant-initiated interviews at 2. I have more chance of success (for my specific career goals) at 2-3 of these schools compared to INSEAD, so I'm not that sad. I just was hoping for a strong 1 year program because of better ROI.

MBA PREP COACH,
Do you think there is any preference for gmat over gre for INSEAD MBA considering INSEAD ( and almost all b-schools ) have started accepting GRE for MBA ? ( GRE Quant is a bit on the easier side than GMAT quant ).
