What percentage of applicants does INSEAD invite to interview? I know this might not be a published statistic, but is there a ballpark figure that’s been quoted anywhere?

Based on what I know, INSEAD does not reveal its acceptance rate.
the unofficial acceptance rate is about 20%. with on average 70% acceptance rate for those with interviews, I guess the rate with interview is about 30%(20%/70%)

At least for the admit calls, Yes. For example, in Round 1 the admit calls have started from November 13th for the decision deadline of November 20. You can check more info in the decision tracker at the following link

I have a question regarding the language requirement. How do I reach the admissions team of Insead? Which email id to contact?

My query: I belong to India, so I have Hindi as my native language. Thus, English will be my second language. As proficiency proof, I have to submit the University Degree clearly mentioning 'the language of instruction is English'. But my university degree does not show this. Can I show the course structure as proof?

You might see if a course syllabus or listing in your university's registry will be an acceptable substitute. I'm sure INSEAD's admissions team has encountered this situation before.
