It sounds more intimidating than it actually is :) . Its a pretty simple and straightforward couple of behavioral questions. You face 2 pre-recorded video questions and a 45 second gap to think on your response before the recording starts. I'd say, preparing while looking at it as an interview more than an essay would do the trick.[/quote]

Thanks! I'll do mine tomorrow. Hope it goes fine!

Hi Rotman Aspirants,

I plan to apply for the round 2 today.
Just curious on how many of the applicants who applied for round 2 have actually received an interview call.
Can anyone raise thier hands... :)

Thanks in advance!

The video experience is nothing to worry about at all. It probably sounds scary because you've never done it before and it's something new that business schools are doing. I do not see a point in asking what questions there will be, because the site has a large pool of questions they will draw from and it's very unlikely that you'll get the same ones. However, the questions are generally very casual, and they expect an honest answer. One that is very "you", and please do not give a canned answer. For example, if the question asks what books you read, don't say something like Roger Martin's The Opposable Mind because you'll just sound like a suck-up. Be honest and truthful. If it's Twilight, say so! But also say why, and what the book has given you.

Also, for those of you who have received offers, first of all, congratulations! You will not regret this program. Second, I see some people are setting chat groups. I recommend Viber over whatsapp, as whatsapp has a cap on how many members you can have in a group (I think it's 50 or something). Unless they changed that...

Guys if someone has experience with prodigy finance and what kind of loan then please share..I am looking for the amount as their website says full cost of tuition but due to limited funds it may vary. Please let me know if borrowing $75000 would be possible provided no previous debt and a 70k rupee monthly salary

Hi myleo,

A couple of people here have applied.

So, we have come to this -
Although Prodigy says they will give 100% tuition, they put a cap on it initially itself. For us, it was like 80%.
Then, when you apply for that amount with all the supporting break up for the rest of the amount, you still get rejected due to some reason(for most of us it was "affordability").
Basically, you have now 1 more chance to apply. So we did for 50% of the amount and finally got around 40% of the amount. And that too, not at a very low interest.
So although you do not need any collateral, you would have to show proofs for getting financed for a high amount.

All in all, you can at least get some amount financed without a non-cosigner but not all.

Hope this helps.

Hi, I know this might be out of topic, but how was the interview? Is there any information that you would like to share?

When did you submit your application exactly? I applied on January 12th (right on the deadline).

Thanks in advance,
Fernando

The interview was pretty simple and a bit personal. The interviewer just wanted to know more about what I put in my CV and also to know more about me as a person

It also looked out for how I intend to cope during my studies in terms of the course demands and also to know how I can contribute to the community.

Regards,
