Hi all, just wanted to drop in here and wish good luck to all of you.
I was a re-applicant to Booth this time last year and feel incredibly lucky to have just finished my first week of classes.
Recruiting is approaching fast and things are ramping up.

To all Booth applicants - Hang in there and keep the faith!

hey fatmike, Booth didn't give any choice; in the invite email it was mentioned that all interviews are held at the Gleacher Center, Chicago. Guess its expected from evening / weekend students to visit the campus. I would have anyway traveled there for the interview so I its fine for me.

That’s awesome, please report back how the interview goes. I wonder how similar the interviews are across all the programs at Booth.

Does anyone know how the interview schedule will go? Are they only Monday thru Friday? Does this schedule change with off campus ones, like can they be done on a weekend?

For me, Booth gave multiple options ranging through entire week (mon - sat) starting from 09:00 am slot to 05:00pm. I would say they must follow same for FT program too.

Anyone know if the portal page will update to reviewed status once your application has been looked at? Right now mine just says submitted, but I know some schools will update it to reviewed status.

Hey, I am a reapplicant this year and last year I was indeed invited to interview. I did it on campus on a saturday and was interviewed by a second year student. I'm guessing it would be the same way this year.

Good luck and happy to help with any other doubts!

Hey Hill Trooper,

Last year I applied in R2 on January 3rd and got the interview invitation January 24th, 3 weeks later...
From what I see on last year's Decision Tracker, deadline was Sep 27th and invitations around October 16-20th so, looks like 3 weeks as well... I'd expect them to be around the same time, sometime next week!

Good luck!

That's the correct assessment. If last year is anything to go by, we can expect invites to start rolling out from Oct 15.

It went well but over the whole process I've learned plenty and back then, I didn't know how specific they wanted you to be about your short and long term goals... These have to be set in stone for you, even if you end up doing something else because of your MBA experience... As an applicant, these must be clear and specific, short term moreso. This is what I felt I was missing. (I also had only 2yrs WE, applying to go with 3.5 now).

Thanks for the good luck, to you as well!
