McGill placed 31% of its class in Toronto last year. I'd say that's a pretty solid number. If I went to McGill, I would look for jobs in both Montreal and Toronto at the same time and feel pretty good about my chances.
I see that you have only applied to 3 colleges, I know about Rotman and Schulich but is McGill better than sauder?
For me, yes. McGill has an internationally recognized brand and has good placement power in Toronto (although not as much as Rotman or Schulich does). I have to consider this in case if I work elsewhere in the world.
Sauder has a great program, too, and I would love to live on the west coast. However, I did not want to risk my chances in a smaller job market in Vancouver. Plus it is easier to get into Sauder than McGill, Rotman, and Schulich judging from average GMAT score.
This was my reasoning, but I understand that everyone has different preferences and goals.
