So, I finally pulled up the courage to ask the AdCom directly about the status of my candidacy and I was told that they are still reviewing applications and expect to finish by end of November. So, not losing hope yet :)

So just had a word with Adcom regarding my application and seems like I am getting a ding on Dec 3rd. The lady from adcom confirmed that my application is compete and has been reviewed. I also clarified with her the Nov 20th date. So, those who are still waiting for an invite, my good wishes but things aren't looking good fellas as only 4 days are left. Sit tight guys. Good Luck!!

Hey lav4 ,

Did you call the school or drop them an email enquiring about the status of your application? I am considering this course of action to free up my mind for other schools and start look at emory as "the one that got away" rather than waiting any longer.

Did anyone notice that Goizueta's deposit deadline is extremely early? Most schools seemed to give 1-2 months, but Goizueta only gives two weeks.

Yeah it is pretty tight! I'm supposed to have other decisions come in that same day, so hopefully I don't get caught in a pickle.

Seems like there a lot of R1 applicants still waiting for a decision. Does that mean that R2 candidates are in for a long haul ? What is the average time that the GSB takes to get back to their applicants ? Been over two weeks since I submitted my application.

Hello Applicants

I am a current One-Year MBA '16 at Goizueta and was reminded by GMAT Club that I've been inactive on the forum...so I came back! As I'm a student and not involved in admissions, I cannot answer application questions. (I can picture some eye rolls as I type this. :roll: ) But I can be source of student life questions. This forum gave me a lot of help last year during my admissions process, so thought I could offer some different insight, especially for any One-Year applicants.

For those in the U.S., I highly suggest visiting campus especially with a class visit or chat with a student ambassador.

I submitted November 13th.

I had a 690 GMAT 47Q 37V. 3.8 GPA from a mid-tier University. 3 years work experience in the Defense and Aerospace market.

Already getting nervous for the interview.

I looked at last year's sticky. The R1 notification deadline was Dec 4th and people were starting to hear back on the 3rd. If this year is similar we may begin hearing back tomorrow. (Please!)

Saw that as well- looks like calls started coming in mid-afternoon EST. Also, it looked like not every admit received a phone call.. some found out through the online portal which seems interesting.

Best of luck everyone, hopefully it really is just 24 hours before we find out!!!
