Okay first of all begging them to change their mind is only going to insult them and it's not going to work.
What you would need to do is offer new information for their consideration. So you would want to ponder upon what you've achieved in terms of impact leadership and contribution since you applied.
If your test score is relatively low for over-represented minorities then fix that.
It would be worthwhile for you to have someone review your application to understand where the weaknesses are so that you can devise a strategy from there.
And then at that point you might want to schedule a time with them I just got an email about how they are setting appointments to talk on the phone with people.
But I would not do that until you have what clarity about why you're on the waitlist and what you plan to offer them.
Farrell,
In light of the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, we are continuing to offer virtual advising appointments with members of our admissions team.
These appointments allow you to learn more about Haas, open up a dialogue with admissions, and get your questions answered. Each appointment is held over a video or voice call allowing for a more productive and enriching experience than exchanging emails or attending a webinar.
Advising appointments normally take place Monday - Thursday between 10 AM - 12 PM and 2 - 4 PM PDT.
If you’re looking for more general information, we are also offering weekday Q&A sessions at 9 AM and 1 PM PDT.

Not sure if thisi s the right thread/sub forum to ask on , but got a waitlist from my Round 2 app EWMBA at Berkeley.
I was disappointed to hear this. From what I understand most of these programs have NO ONE exit the waitlist some years. So it it worth trying to work on this anymore?
Some questions
1) who can I ask for an application review, can I write a letter to have them reconsider their decision, factors that may have changed?
2) Any other factors to help push a decision? Ie I am interested in doing research there, considering my background in engineering, how can I demonstrate this as I can't reach out to professors without being a student there yet?
3)I didn't apply for scholarships by the march deadline as every mba program i applied to has a seperate application and deadlines, for a program I may not get into. Is there still a way, if I do get in, to apply afterwards?
