Thanks! Last year they were released on the 1st so I was hoping for Monday the 30th this year given that the submission date was a day earlier. I was also thinking that it might just be the first Monday in October which would be the 7th.

Of course if I had any patience this wouldn't matter!

Yes, Harvard last year announced it twice.

On September 18, 2018 to let you know when invite would go out.

Again on September 28, 2018 to let you know the % of invites going out and on what dates.

So far radio silence this year. Perhaps they are waiting for the 28th to let us know?

Anyone knows typically how long it is between the interview release date and the actual interview dates? Would like to gauge how long I have to prepare (or if I should start now already, but feels a bit like jumping the gun)

Everyone will hear from HBS on Oct 1 at noon ET! A change from past years. Now, you will either get an interview invite, rolled to Round 2 (small group) or denied admission on just this one day (instead of multiple interview invite dates like before).

I think I have done a decent job keeping my expectations low to a point that I am expecting a release and anything else would be a bonus!

Edit: Does anyone know if they are sending out emails or updating in the portal?

I was okay up until yesterday. Now, the wait is killing me. Honestly not keeping my hopes high, but, like the other poster said, anything other than an early release would be a great bonus and a wonderful way to spend my mom’s bday.
