However, don’t completely rely on Pay it forward. I had filled the google form application long time back (Sharing them essays/resume) but haven’t received any response. So I believe the alums are selective with this initiative.

I actually received a call today. I think they prioritize based on interview dates, so timing might play a role in who gets contacted first.
